Our Chickens

We let our chickens be chickens. Our ladies free-range on pasture, which means they get to be outside eating grass and bugs every day. We supplement their grazing with GMO-free grain. In return we get eggs with deep orange yolks and amazing flavor.

We have a large mobile chicken house, which gets moved regularly during the spring, summer and fall to ensure the chickens have access to fresh grass. During the winter, the house is stationary, but the chickens still roam outside every day (except on the coldest of days).

You can purchase our eggs at our farm stand (Jun-Oct), King Farm (May - Nov), the Providence Farmers’ Market (Nov - Apr), and year round at Farm & Coast Market, Davoll’s General Store, Langwater Farm, and Coastal Foodshed Virtual Market.

D’sLectables in Seekonk and Davoll’s General Store in Dartmouth use our eggs in their kitchens, so visit them and enjoy a local breakfast sandwhich!!
